One to return to. Positive: Perfectly maintained modern property. Hosts were incredible, accommodating our every need, including providing us a fan at short notice. The home is well-equipped with great tech features. Very comfortable, with a small outdoor patio/garden. There was a welcome pack of coffee and other eatables, which we thoroughly enjoyed. If only all properties were kept and managed to such a great standard. Special mention for Jessica, who was great on the phone. Negative: Nothing, it was perfect, including the communicative and responsive host.

Excellent modern house for a family to base themselves for touring around Cornwall. Positive: The space and airiness of the house, nice tidy garden, ample parking space, and not too far to get to Carbis Bay and St Ives. The beds were comfortable. The house had all the amenities needed. Negative: It would have been nice to have a hand towel in the downstairs toilet and hand soap near the kitchen sink.

Modern trendy house ,everything you needed, Safe and enclosed back garden ,good base for visiting Cornwalls other attrac Positive: The property had every thing you needed very modern and bright , beds very comfy and ensuite and bathroom with great showers also an enclosed back garden with barbecue and seating Perfect for the dog . It was also not far walk into St Ives. The property is an ideal base to visit other beaches around Negative: The side entrance door didn’t lock only a breeze block to keep it shut .It didn’t affect us but it would be better.

First visit in 3 years Due to lockdown and wasn’t disappointed six of us plus 2 dogs stayed at this lovely spacious dog friendly property. The management team were faultless and very helpful. We will be staying again
