Perfect location and plenty room for the family, we enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie Positive: Broadly speaking this is an excellent property with more than enough room for 8 visitors. The bedrooms are well spaced with minimal noise transfer between. Ample space for family dinner and 2 kitchens to feed everyone, we were 6 adults and a small child that could all be together or still find our own space when needed. Also the train station is so easy to get to for a ride into lively St Ives and the beach access at Carbis, whilst a little steep, is only a few minutes away on foot too. Perfect, quiet setting in a small housing development and plenty space for parking 2 cars on, this property was exactly what we needed. The message here is all about location and size and for both it ticked so many of our boxes. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the property to anyone with a larger party Negative: The property needs some TLC. Perhaps its because it is end of season but we encountered some niggly faults around the house. Several draws needed attention, doors difficult to lock or shut, lights flickering, plumbing and toilet seats a bit iffy etc. This house is a really nice property and am sure worth future investment to make things good again. These comments are not made to criticise but to offer gentle encouragement for the owner to take Sea La Vie from a good 7 to the 10 it deserves

Lovely, relaxing and comfortable with a few negatives Positive: Great location. Lovely street, spacious lovely house with en suite in most rooms. Negative: On the surface Sea La Vie looks like perfection but we soon discovered a few little disappointments. Little things had been missed, sweets under the couch, a trundle bed mattress covered in crisps. A drawer with clothes another guest had left and some popcorn. A cracked bath and leaking sink. A broken toilet flush. The oven was a little temperamental and we couldn’t find the instructions. Also no wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom. It’s such a shame because it’s a lovely home otherwise. Well equipped. Fab garden. Pool table was a plus. Quality bedding. Just a shame we couldn’t give it 5 stars.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Cornwall die perfekte Wahl. Großräumig und top. Absolut ruhige Lage. Positive: Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut perfekt, fußläufig zum Strand und zur Bahn nach St. Ives (3 Minuten). Einfach Spitze. Vom oberen Stockwerk kann man das Mer sehen. Sehr großes Haus mit ordentlich Platz für alle. Zwei Küchen, 6 Fernseher, 4 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, 3 davon mit en-suie. Wintergarten als Eßzimmerzimmer. So schnelles Internet habe ich selbst zu Hause nicht. Einfach prima. Negative: Nichts, alles bestens.

Positive: Everything was high end, lots of space. Negative: The kitchen corner cupboard caught all our fingers a painful bite.
